Initiative Consulting

Advanced Continual Learning (“Train the Trainer”) Support
- Facilitating sessions that equip leaders, mentors, and educators with the tools to replicate and expand learning.

Coordinator
Coordinators serve as essential partners in the facilitation of events and external programs. Their role is defined by joint coordination efforts, ensuring that both onsite and virtual initiatives are executed with precision, collaboration, and alignment to organizational goals.
Scope of Coordination
- Onsite Support: Direct involvement in planning, organizing, and managing live events or programs.

Coordination Agreements
- Basic Contributor Level of Support

Program Consulting for Execution and Implementation

Facilitator
Beyond the guidance provided by Contributors and Coordinators, Facilitators represent a higher tier of engagement. Their role is to ensure that programs are not only designed and coordinated, but also sustained, expanded, and enriched through advanced relational and operational support.
