LifeLong Connection Network Sessions

The LifeLong Communication Connection Sessions are designed to strengthen relationships, foster collaboration, and build sustainable networks among participants. Through structured gatherings, There and Back LLC provides multiple channels for engagement, mentorship, and shared growth. These sessions emphasize trust, accountability, and the cultivation of lifelong partnerships.

Partner Connection – To reinforce networking interactions and provide diverse avenues of mutual support among partners.  

• Format:  Monthly virtual/online meetings to maintain consistent engagement. Annual in-person meeting announced to deepen collaboration and celebrate milestones.
• Outcome: A sustained network of partners who actively support one another’s initiatives, fostering both organizational and personal growth.

Leadership Connection  – To provide a dedicated space for alumni of the Oral Roberts University Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) program.

• Format: Bi-monthly virtual meetings focused on leadership dialogue, strategic development, and mentorship.  An annual conference will be included in future developments.
• Outcome: A thriving leadership community that continues to grow beyond graduation, offering ongoing support, collaboration, and thought leadership.
