Request Process (What We Do)

Requests provide a clear channel for customers to engage, inquire, or request support through participation engagement, general inquiries.  Contact process will provide information needed.  There and Back LifeLong Journey (There and Back LLC)  supports four requests:

  1. DRNBK LifeLong Learning Center – eCourse participation
  2. DRNBK LifeLong Connections – Connection participation
  3. DRNBK LifeLong Resources Services – Guidance assistance
  4. DRNBK LifeLong Journey Resources – Markets, HomeStay, and Travel Link.

There and Back LLC operates on the basis of clear agreements with our clients. Every engagement begins with a structured process designed to ensure clarity, alignment, andThere and Back LLC relies on agreements with our clients.  The initial step is through an email.

Response –

After assessing the request, There and Back LLC will either:

  • Accept – if the request aligns with a current offering or initiative.
  • Decline – if the request does not align with the company’s mission, vision, or service framework.

Positive Acceptance Follow Up

When a request is accepted, the next step is the creation of a Statement of Work (Contract Plan).

  • This document outlines the intended deliverables.
  • All statements of work must be measurable, specific, and mutually agreed upon by both the client and There and Back LLC.
  • The contract plan ensures accountability and provides a shared roadmap for successful completion

Formality in process is not bureaucracy—it is protection against disruption and distraction. Missing steps or unclear communication can create avenues for criticism that undermine progress.  By maintaining a structured approach:

  • Clients remain free to pursue their vision and direction.
  • Engagements are shielded from confusion or unnecessary complications.
  • Both parties operate with confidence in a transparent, goal-oriented framework.

To begin, simply use the Contact option. This initiates the request process and sets the stage for a clear, collaborative engagement.
