There and Back Organization

Vision

“Make No Little Plans Here” – Dr. Oral Roberts

There and Back is built upon a firm foundation rooted in our belief system, which champions sustainability, faith, and community. We embrace without hesitation the defining truth that at our core, we are a faith-based organization.  The question before us—“Now what?”—is answered through our commitment to connecting the dots: cultivating the ability to listen to diverse voices, crossing barriers and traditions, yet united by faith. This is not only our mission but our ministry.

Our direction is clear:

  • Promoting continual lifelong learning.
  • Partnering to meet the unique needs of those we serve.
  • Walking alongside customers as they advance on their own journeys, offering guidance, encouragement, and wisdom.

In this way, There and Back Journey becomes more than an organization—it becomes a location to continually learn, community of connections, a steward of sustainability, and a companion for those seeking growth.

Growth Through the Mission

There and Back Journey is committed to cultivating growth with new proficiencies strengthened through the pillars of our mission. We focus on the following areas of development:

  • Community – Offering assistance and counsel as needed, while fostering a culture of continual learning and partnership.
  • Business Experience – Advancing and introducing business practices that are forward-looking, sustainable, and centered on meaningful engagement.
  • Culture and Economy – Enhancing skills that unite cultural insight with economic leadership, empowering communities to thrive.
  • Education – Expanding opportunities and elevating the quality of education through continuous learning and innovation.

Through these areas, There and Back’s aim to build resilient systems that honor faith, sustain community, and prepare individuals and organizations for enduring growth.

Mission Objectives

“We need a new harvest of teachers, consultants, writers, bloggers, videographers, coaches, leaders and authors with prophetic discernment and supernatural gifts going forth into Babylon filled with the zoe life.” – Lance Wallnau

  • We care for the small and little – We believe in the power of partnership and networking; uniting and promoting growth with foresight, knowledge, and wisdom. We care for the small and little – We are committed to nurturing the overlooked, the humble, and the emerging. Our focus is on developing people and communities by advocating for their talents and strengths, ensuring that every individual—regardless of size, status, or circumstance—has the opportunity to flourish. We believe that true growth begins with honoring the small beginnings and cultivating them into lasting impact.
  • We gain nothing for something – Giving without expectation, we hold fast to the principle.  Our focus is to be a blessing, offering support and empowerment freely. By equipping those who desire to learn and continue learning, we foster resilience, confidence, and lifelong growth. In this way, our work becomes an act of service—an investment in people rather than profit.
  • We believe deeply in the strength of partnership and networking – By uniting diverse voices and perspectives, we promote growth that is guided by foresight, enriched by knowledge, and anchored in wisdom. Collaboration is not simply a strategy—it is a calling. Through meaningful connections, we create pathways for communities and organizations to thrive together.
