There and Back LLC (“the Company”) acts as a consultant in diverse markets and areas, with current primary operations focused in Indonesia. While international in reach, the Company emphasizes local-level engagement, recognizing that many contacts and partners operate as small enterprises, community-based organizations, or cottage industries.

Nature of Engagement

• Local Practices: Delivery rules, communication methods, and operational standards may vary according to local customs and practices.
• Role of the Company: The Company’s principal role is to assist in establishing communication if a vendor to customer relationship is established.
• Role between Customer and Company: Exchange/market networks, beginning with introductions and progressing toward exchanges of services that may lead to formal partnerships.
• Transition of Responsibility: Once a communication network is successfully established between a source and customer, the Company’s role could be diminished, allowing local partners to assume primary responsibility for ongoing operations.

• Partnership Development: Any partnership or fellowship exchange facilitated by the Company remains subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon directly between the participating parties.
